Fairground groundbreaking set for Tuesday

A groundbreaking for Kay County Fairground improvements is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at the fairground.

The planned improvements include a new event center and livestock pavillion upgrades.

The public is invited to attend
