Fairfax man dies in Osage County accident

An 82-year-old Fairfax man died in an Osage County accident a few feet west of Fairfax at 2:09 p.m. Sunday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Gene B. Roberts Sr. was driving a 1995 Sierra pickup on a gravel county road west of State Highway 18, the Patrol reported. He was transported by Miller EMS to the Fairfax Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead due to cardiac arrest.

 

The Patrol said the accident is still under investigation.
