TULSA, Okla. (AP) – A former Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy charged with sexually assaulting two women while on duty is now being sued by one of the women.

Twenty-seven-year-old Gerald Nuckolls is charged with sexual battery, indecent exposure and outraging public decency.

He has denied the allegations and is to go on trial Oct. 12.

The Tulsa World reports the lawsuit filed Friday seeks more than $10,000. It alleges Nuckolls blocked the woman’s driveway to prevent her and others at her home from leaving, then entering the home and searching her belongings without a warrant or permission.

It says he then took her to a garage and exposed himself, groped her and pulled at her dress.

The lawsuit also names Sheriff Stanley Glanz for the hiring, training, supervision and retention of Nuckolls.
