Efforts to repair line fail

Team Radio Marketing Group - February 20, 2017 5:55 pm

Update from the City of Ponca City:

Our effort to isolate the broken 18-inch water main has failed.

The newly installed shut off valve did not separate the broken main from the distribution system in the area. The area that has no water or very low water pressure is now bounded by Fifth Street and Turner, and Bradley and north of Lowe’s Home Improvement Store.

The crew is working as hard and quickly as possible to do the repairs so that water service could be restored to all the affected customers
