District Attorney’s office seeks information in Rouch case

In recent weeks, the 8th District Attorney’s Office Drug and Major Crime Unit assisted the Kay County Sheriff’s Office in the recovery of remains located in Kaw City on April 12, 2019. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed that the remains were that of Quinten Rouch who has been missing since May 2018.

Identification was made through dental records by the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office. The investigation continues.
