Director Apologizes for Sports Illustrated Article

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -Oklahoma State athletic director Mike Holder has apologized to his fellow Big 12 schools and vowed to deal with allegations exposed by Sports Illustrated. The school says SI told them about the upcoming story. It has notified the NCAA and launched its own investigation.
