Crews working on North Elm Street project

Ponca City Now - July 13, 2016 2:39 pm

Utility and street crews are working on North Elm Street from Highland Avenue to Summit Avenue.

The old brick street has been removed and utilities are being relocated before the street is rebuilt with an asphalt overlay. The project will include new curbs and gutters, sidewalks and driveways.

A 4-inch water line will be replaced, relocated and upsized to a 6-inch main.

A similar project is scheduled for South Elm Street from Otoe Avenue to Ponca Avenue.
