Crash On Southbound 169 Off-Ramp At 41st Leaves Driver Critically Injured

A crash on the southbound off-ramp of U.S. Highway 169 at 41st Street left a red Chevrolet Impala wrapped around a tree.

Tulsa Fire Department responded to the scene, where the driver was found trapped inside the vehicle.

The driver of the Impala was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

A female passenger sustained minor injuries and was also transported to a hospital.

Tulsa police said that the incident may have been related to road rage involving two vehicles, with reports suggesting that the Impala was traveling in excess of 90 mph before the crash.

The other vehicle involved left the scene but returned later.
