COLLINSVILLE, Okla. (AP) – A 21-year-old Collinsville man has been arrested for manslaughter and driving under the influence in connection with a triple-fatality collision.

Authorities allege the man was driving a car that was southbound in the northbound lanes of U.S. 75 near Sperry on Saturday when it collided with a northbound motorcycle. Both the driver and a passenger on the motorcycle and a passenger in the car were killed.

The man was arrested Sunday on three complaints of first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence, driving without a license and other complaints. Court records do not show that formal charges have been filed.

The suspect has denied being the driver of the car at the time of the crash.
