A Claremore man was killed in a collision Sunday afternoon five miles west of Ringwood in Major County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

David Lyndale Dorsey, 62, of Claremore was driving a 2015 Honda Goldwing motorcycle when his motorcycle was hit by a Buick Le Sabre driven by Lois Pauline Sacket, 83, of Aline.

A passenger on Dorsey's motorcycle, Christi Louise Dorsey, 59 of Claremore, was transported by Medi-flight to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where she was admitted for head, arm, trunk and leg injuries. She is listed in critical condition.

Sacket was transported by Major County EMS to St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Enid, where she was admitted for a leg injury. The Highway Patrol reports she is listed in stable condition.

The Patrol said Sacket's car was westbound on U.S. Highway 60 and Dorsey's motorcycle was eastbound. The car crossed the center lane, striking the motorcycle head-on. Both vehicles departed the roadway and entered the south ditch and caught fire, the Patrol said.
