Clara Luper History Nook To Be Unveiled At OKCPS

Oklahoma City Public Schools is welcoming a new addition to honor an Oklahoma City Civil Rights icon.

The Clara Luper History nook at the new Clara Luper Center for Educational Services will have its grand opening Monday.

The celebration will be held during a private event Monday night.

The goal is to immortalize Luper’s passion for learning and equality.
