City of Ponca City: Ice Storm Recovery

Mike Seals - October 27, 2020 6:44 pm

City Manager Craig Stevenson has released the following information:

As the ice layer on tree limbs melts, there may be an increase in limb failure for the next several hours.  Please use caution when outdoors and stay away from drooping trees, fallen power lines, emergency crews restoring electric power, and emergency crews removing limbs from roadways.

If you see a downed electric line, do not touch it and call 911 to report its location!

To report a power outage, please call the non-emergency number 580.767.0405.

If your regular trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday and if Solid Waste is unable to pick up your trash today, your trash will be picked up by Solid Waste on Friday.
