City crews replacing signal light poles and arms

Work starts today on the second phase of the downtown signal light replacement project. City crews started work at the intersection of First Street and Grand Avenue this morning, removing the signal light heads so the old poles and arms can be replaced with recycled poles that have been powder coated to blend with the downtown street scape.
