Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center to host Homesteaders’ Hoedown fundraiser

ENID, Okla. — On Friday, Sept. 14, the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center will host the Homesteaders’ Hoedown—the annual fundraiser for the Heritage Center.

It will take place at the Home Place Country Estate near Meno from 6 to 10 p.m. This event for guests ages 21 and older will feature carnival games, whiskey and Oklahoma beer tastings, cow chip bingo, square dancing and live and silent auctions.

Proceeds will benefit the Humphrey Heritage Village and the educational programs of the Heritage Center. Tickets are $50 per person with additional sponsorships available. Tickets are now on sale, and no tickets will be sold the evening of the event.
