Charges listed for 10 arrested in warrant sweep

Ten people arrested Tuesday morning have been charged in Kay County District Court.

The arrests were made when two search warrants were served about 6 a.m. Tuesday at two locations by  the Ponca City Police Department Tactical Team, the District 8 District Attorney’s Office task force, and deputies from the Kay County Sheriff’s Department.

Rachelle Lee Deroin-Martin, 29, was charged with trafficking in illegal drugs (methamphetamine); trafficking controlled dangerous substances within 2,000 feet of a school after a former conviction; committing a felony with a firearm with a defaced ID number and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony after a former conviction; maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept after a former conviction; unlawful possession of paraphernalia; possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine); failure to appear on a charge of obstruction of an officer; an application to accelerate sentencing on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; and two applications to accelerate sentencing on possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Nickolas Jordan Rhodd Sr., 37, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine after a former conviction; possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony after a former conviction; possession of a firearm by a felon after a former conviction; possession of a firearm while on probation after a former conviction; trafficking in a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a school after a former conviction; assault and battery on a police officer after a former conviction; resisting arrest; indecent exposure; destruction of evidence; acquiring proceeds from drug activity after a former conviction; maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept; and unlawful possession of paraphernalia after a former conviction.

Staci Dawn Vannatta, 24, was charged with possession of methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia; and maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept.

Monica Josefina Ochoa, 29, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute after a former conviction; possession of paraphernalia after a former conviction; possession of MDMA ecstasy after a former conviction; maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold after a former conviction; and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a school after a former conviction.

Chad Ryan Caughlin, 35, was charged with possession of methamphetamine after a former conviction; possession of paraphernalia after a former conviction; and maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept after a former conviction.

Sonja Dwan Lieb, 39, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Jeffery Arthur Lieb, 35, was charged with  possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute after a former conviction; possession of paraphernalia after a former conviction; possession of MDMA ecstasy after a former conviction; maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept after a former conviction; and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school after a former conviction.

Stacy Kaylynn Muegge, 26, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Roxanne Nicole Hess, 31, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Valerie Anne Juarez, 25, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
