Chamber of Commerce cancels all meetings, events; office remains open

For the safety of our Members and Citizens of Ponca City due to the COVID-19 Virus all Chamber Meetings and events are cancelled until April 1.  We hope you understand and we regret having to make this happen.  Health and safety for our people should always come first.

Chamber Office to be Open
Our Chamber Office will remain open with regular hours 8 – 5 Monday – Friday.
Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell Luncheon Cancelled
Our Thursday, April 2nd luncheon with speaker Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell at the Ponca City Country Club has been cancelled, if you have already paid for the lunch we will offer you a refund on the event.
 
School Support Staff Reception
Our annual School Support Staff Reception will be held on Wednesday, April 15th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Chamber Office.  Every year we collect door prizes for our school support staff.  This is a great way to promote your business.  The school support staff are always excited to be drawn and very grateful.  You can drop your door prize off at the Chamber Office or we will come by and pick your door prize up.  Thanks in advance!
Larry Hughes Leadership Award
It is time to nominate a Ponca City Leadership alumni for the Larry Hughes Leadership Award.  It will be given during the 34th Ponca City Leadership Graduation Thursday, May 7th.  The Chamber has nomination forms or you can email Rich Cantillon with a name and why they should be awarded.  The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 3.  Think about one of your classmates and consider nominating them?
