Our 124th Annual Chamber Banquet was a huge success.

First, I want to congratulate our winners. Diane Anderson is our Citizen of the Year. Dr. Bill Stuever received the Volunteer of the Year Award. M J & H Fabrication is Industry of the Year and Brandt’s Ace Hardware received Business of the Year.

The banquet was sold out again this year. We truly appreciate that. Thank you to Tim Seidel for being Master of Ceremonies. Tim did a great job. Thank you to all of our award presenters. We thank RCB Bank for hosting the reception. We also want to thank Evans and Associates for your contribution to the banquet.

Thank you to Phillips 66 for allowing us to have our banquet at your facilities. We also want to thank Sodexo for a great meal.

I thought Adam Leaming and Mandy Morris did a great job reviewing this past year and talking about our vision for 2018.

Our Chamber is very blessed to be in a community that truly supports what we do. Our top goal at the Chamber of Commerce is to make Ponca City the place people want to live and work.

Monday we will have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 2 p.m. for Boom-A-Rang Diner located at 201 E. Grand Avenue. Please join us.

On Wednesday we will have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Jumpy Monkey Coffee Bar located in the Marland Mall at 417 E. Grand Avenue. We thank these businesses for investing in Ponca City and providing jobs for our community.
