Chamber Chat

Ponca City Now - August 1, 2016 9:40 am

Chamber volunteers will be collecting school supplies this next weekend. Many families can’t afford school supplies. The chamber does not want our children of Ponca City at a disadvantage learning because they don’t have school supplies.

We will have a school bus at the following locations collecting school supplies.

On Friday, Aug. 12, from 10 a.m. to noon we will be in front of Southwest Business Products. Then we will move to Merrifield Office Supply from noon to 2 p.m.

On Saturday, Aug. 13, we will be at Walmart Supercenter from 10 a.m. to noon and then we will move to Staples from noon to 2 p.m.

Please help us collect school supplies by donating. Everything is needed at all levels of education. Thank you in advance!

Our 31st Ponca City Leadership Class will be introduced this week during a special luncheon at noon Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Pioneer Technology Center. Cost is $15 if you would like to attend the luncheon. Please RSVP 765-4400 if you plan to attend.

We have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Thursday for Dayspring Community Services at 10 a.m. located at 609 E. Hartford. Please join us.
