We will have our next Cash Mob at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tractor Supply Company, 3008 North 14th Street. Everyone is welcome to participate.

This is a project of the Ponca City Business Council and is part of our Shop Ponca First campaign. We like to encourage people to attend and see what our retail businesses have to offer. Tractor Supply Company is another outstanding Ponca City business.

The Ponca City Business Council will also meet at 8 a.m. Tuesday at the Chamber Office. Stephanie Austin with Rick Scott Construction is the Chair. This is a very active committee of the Chamber with Shop Ponca First being one of their major projects.

We will soon start working on our annual Santa Buck Giveaway promotion. Don’t forget Crazy Days is right around the corner.

Leaders with the Choctaw Chamber will be in Ponca City this week meeting with us to learn about our Leadership Program. We are excited to show how successful our Leadership Ponca City program has been for 31 years.

Police Chief Don Bohon will be a Leadership Chair this year along with MaryBeth Moore and Erin Liberton. Our 31st Class will start in August.
