Chamber Chat

Ponca City Now - January 28, 2019 1:50 pm

We want to thank everyone that purchased Chamber Banquet tickets. We are sold out for the 15th year in a row!

We want to thank Phillips 66 for the use of the Atrium for our 125th Annual Chamber Banquet at 6:30 p.m.  Thursday. The facility seats 460. It is the largest venue in Ponca City for a sit-down dinner. We are fortunate to have the atrium for our Chamber Banquet.

RCB Bank will again host the pre-reception at their downtown location for all banquet ticket holders from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday. Thank you Jeff Cowan and RCB Bank for doing this. Senator Bill Coleman is our MC this year.

We will recognize our Business of the year, Industry of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and our Outstanding Citizen. We will hear from Mandy Morris, our 2018 Chamber chair and Erik Peitz, our 2019 Chamber Chair. If you are unable to attend, we will have full coverage of the banquet here at PoncaCityNow.com.

We will have a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Rockin’ Horse on Friday, Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. They are located at 2200 E. Coleman and have expanded their bar. Please join us.

We will attend the Blackwell Chamber Banquet on Monday evening. Our Chamber Board meets Tuesday at 11 a.m. It will be Erik Peitz’s first meeting as our 2019 Chamber Chair. It is going to be an exciting year!
