Team Radio and the Chamber have partnered on a workshop. At this workshop you will learn how to close more business, improve sales and improve customer service skills. Have you ever lost a sale, or had customers walk out who were “just looking” and never came back? Or perhaps even worse, people who did business with you once but never came back? It just might be that you and your team’s sales skills need some enhancement. The session is free in conjunction with Team Radio and the Chamber, but you must reserve your seat by calling 765-4400. The date is Thursday, Sept 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Pioneer Technology Center, West Seminar Room (enter through north doors) 2101 N. Ash, Ponca City.
We also have a PRIDE Training on Monday for the employees at the Ponca City Country Club.
Ambassadors meet Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Chamber Office and the Community Development Committee meets Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Chamber Office. We also have Finance and Executive Committees meeting on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
