Certificate Acknowledging Legacy of Honor Presented to Widow of Osage Sheriff Captain Hargraves

On January 6th, 2025 Police Chaplain Brian Schexnayder with the International Conference of Police Chaplains presented Emily Hargraves, widow of Captain William Riley Hargraves, a certificate acknowledging the legacy of honor sown by Captain Hargraves.
Captain Hargraves was tragically involved in a motor vehicle accident while on duty and succumbed to his injuries received during that accident. EOW 8/9/2022.
Chaplain also presented an honor certificate in Captain Hargraves name to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office.
