Celebration Sunday for Gene Dougherty’s 90th birthday

TONKAWA — A 90th birthday celebration will be held for artist Gene Dougherty from 2 to 4 p.m. this Sunday, Aug. 4 at St. Joseph’s Church in Tonkawa. Friends are invited for cake and friendship.
Dougherty was the long-time art teacher at Northern Oklahoma College.
