Catoosa Public Schools Reports Student Arrives at High School With Gun-Related Injuries

According to Catoosa Public Schools (CPS) a student came to the high school with gun-related injuries on Thursday.

The district said no incidents of violence occurred in the school or on the campus.

The school team immediately responded to provide medical assistance and contacted EMSA.

The matter was referred to the Catoosa Police Department since there were no incidents involving weapons in the district.

CPS said it’s ready to support law enforcement partners and the Catoosa High School community to ensure the district continues to be a safe and secure place.
