Less than 800 new COVID-19 cases reported by OSDH on Monday

The Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting 730 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, Feb. 15. Oklahoma's seen 414,272 COVID-19 cases overall as 21,196 cases are active.
