Warrant Issued For Ponca City Woman For Financial Exploitation

A warrant has recently been issued for Suzanne Yvonne Spears, 51, of Ponca City.According to court documents, Spears faces two felony counts of financial exploitation of elderly/disabled adult by deception, and one felony count of conspiracy.
