Long Lines for Pickup for PCPS Continuous Learning Packets Monday

The Ponca City Public School Child Nutrition Department has been working overtime to make sure that students and families have food to eat. NOC Livestock Judging finishes 2nd in the nation

 The Northern Oklahoma College Livestock Judging Team finished the season ranked 2nd in the country.   The final rankings were released in late March.   NOC team members Paige Dupin and Ty Taylor were named 2019-20 Academic All-Americans.  Dupin is from Irvington, Kentucky while Taylor is from Vinita.   There are 15 students named to the All-American list.  ... NOC’s Demaree King named NJCAA 3rd Team All-American

Northern Oklahoma College sophomore guard Demaree King was named NJCAA 3rd Team All-American on Monday.   King led the Mavs to the NJCAA National Basketball Tournament averaging 19.5 points per game shooting 46 percent from 3-point range.  He also averaged 3.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest.   NOC coach Donnie Jackson was ecstatic with King’s selection.  ...
