On Aug. 8,  Judge Brock welcomed four more Court Appointed Special Advocates to the program that serves Kay and Noble Counties.

These new advocates join the 27 CASA Advocates of Kay and Noble Counties who are working to change a child’s story. CASA advocates are the voice of children who are victims of abuse and neglect. Many of these children have found themselves in foster care due the abuse and neglect they have endured.
