Candidates to file for Ponca City municipal offices

NEWKIRK — Candidates for municipal office in Ponca City file Declarations of Candidacy beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2, 2019.
Chery Howard, Secretary of the Kay County Election Board, said the filing period ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019.
Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted at the County Election Board office for the following Board of Commissioners offices in Ponca City.

Commissioner seat #3 3 year term
A general election for the City of Ponca City, Oklahoma, will be held on February 11, 2020, for the two positions, and a runoff election if necessary, will be held on April 7, 2020.
