Businesses not identified as part of critical infrastructure ordered to close

Ponca City Development Authority received the amended and clarified Executive Order from Gov. Kevin Stitt issued Wednesday. The order calls for all businesses not identified as being within a critical infrastructure sector in a county affected by Covid-19 to close.
