The Oklahoma Highway Patrol’s Marine Enforcement Division investigated a personal injury boating incident which occurred at 11:51 a.m. Thursday on Skiatook Lake, approximately .75 mile northwest of Tall Chief Cove in Osage County.

The incident involved a 2018 23-foot Price Craft Tri-toon boat, operated by Garrett Lee Barnes, 44, of Broken Arrow, OK. He was not injured.

A 16-year-old girl from Broken Arrow was transported by Country Corner EMS to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where she was admitted in stable condition with leg injuries.
