NORMAN, Okla. (AP) – University of Oklahoma President David Boren is chastising fraternity members after a video was posted online showing some participating in a racist chant.

Boren joined students at a rally this morning on the Norman campus, calling those who took part in the chant "disgraceful."

Sigma Alpha Epsilon announced yesterday it is closing the University of Oklahoma chapter.
