Blackwell Veteran’s Day Parade and Community Meal is Friday

This Friday, November 11th, Blackwell will have their annual Veterans Day Parade, sponsored by the Blackwell VFW Post #2855 to honor Veterans.

The parade line-up will begin at 10:30 am on North Main and Dewey, the parade will start at 11:00. Fellow Veterans will assist with the parade line-up.

If you are a Veteran or know a Veteran that wants to participate, meet in the parking lot at North Main and Dewey.

There will be a community bean feed following the parade at the Blackwell VFW at 1006 West Ferguson. The meal if free and open to the public.

The 2022 Parade Marshall will be Retired Army Staff Sergeant Sean Ingram.
