Blackwell Chamber Eliminates Position of Exec Director

The Blackwell Area Chamber of Commerce has made the decision to eliminate the position of Executive Director for the time being to reduce ongoing daily expenses.

According to an official statement, this was a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors that was finalized at their meeting on the 30th of December, 2020.

The projected budget and the effects of the ongoing pandemic were cited as the reasons for this move.
