Ponca City Now - March 12, 2020 12:52 pm

Make plans to attend the opening weekend of Bell, Book and Candle by John Van Druten at the Ponca Playhouse on Friday, March 13.

Evening performances are at 7:30 p.m. March 13, 14, 20 and 21. Matinees are at 2 p.m. March 15 and 22.

Under the direction of Rick Harrelson, guest director from Tulsa, the magical story of a bored witch and her family getting involved with some distinctly non-magical men will leave you spellbound.

Chris Schelp is Shep Henderson and Taryn Pruett is Gil Holroyd as the magic-crossed lovers.

Filling out the cast are Playhouse regulars Sam Stuart (Ms. Gilroyd), Ryan Brown (Nicky Gilroyd) and Eric Bay (Sidney Redlitch).

The Playhouse is proud to present Bell, Book and Candle. This fourth production of the 62nd Season is sponsored by Equity Bank, RCB Bank and supported by a grant from the Oklahoma Arts Council.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students with ID and student rush tickets are available 15 minutes before curtain for $5. Find out more information and purchase your tickets at www.poncaplayhouse.com.
