Bartlesville man dies in accident

A fatal collision occurred about 9:24 p.m. Monday on County Road 2706, 3.2 miles west of State Highway 123, west of Bartlesville, OK in Osage County.

Trevor Cochran, 26, of Bartlesville was driving a 2000 Honda Civic, driven by Trevor Cochran, white male, age 26, of Bartlesville, OK.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Cochran was traveling eastbound on County Road 2706 and approached a curve to the left. The car left the roadway to the right, overcorrected to the left and went into a broad slide. The car then left the roadway to the left and hit a drainage ditch, rolled a half time and came  to rest on its top. Cochran was pinned for about fiee minutes before beingt freed by a passerby.

The Highway Patro said the accident was still under investigation.
