Bail Set For Broken Arrow Woman Accused Of Killing Ex-Husband

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – A judge has set a $250,000 bail for a 70-year-old suburban Tulsa woman accused of fatally shooting her ex-husband. The Tulsa World reports that Tulsa County District Judge William Musseman set the bond Friday for Broken Arrow resident Judith Gayle Nix. Nix has been has been held without bond since March on a first-degree murder charge in the death of 69-year-old Kenneth Nix.
