Body of missing woman found inside rodeo grounds

Kay County communities showing good self-response rate to 2020 U.S. Census

So far, the results have been good for local Kay County communities when it comes to responding the the 2020 U.S. Census.Ponca City's self-response rate is at 52.5%, Blackwell at 49.1%, Tonkawa at 49% and Newkirk at 46.8%.
