Author To Answer Questions At Tulsa Event

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – Best-selling author Khaled Hosseini will be the featured guest at an event in Tulsa on Thursday.

Hosseini is the author of the novels "The Kite Runner" and "A Thousand Splendid Suns."

The Oklahoma Center for Poets and Writers at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa, in partnership with Tulsa Town Hall, will host Hosseini on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Greenwood Cultural Center.

The event will feature a question-and-answer session with Hosseini.

The public is invited to attend. Tickets are $15 plus.

The event is part of Tulsa Reads, a citywide reading initiative.
