Athletic Department changing required paperwork procedures to ‘Rank One Sport’

Beverly Bryant - July 8, 2019 1:04 pm

Ponca City Public Schools’ Athletic Department is switching required paperwork to an online platform for the 2019-20 school year.

The online platform is “Rank One Sport.” Required paperwork will be signed via E-Signature. Sport physicals will still need to be turned in to the Athletic Department.

This new procedure will affect  7th through 12th grades. In order to begin this process, parents and guardians must first have their student/athlete’s school ID number. Student ID numbers can be obtained from the Parent Portal on Powerschool. In addition to online paperwork, athletic schedules can be found through “Rank One.”

Methods of accessing “Rank One Sport”: Ponca City Public Schools website (www.pcps.us), under Athletic Department, Ponca City Schools social media outlets, and “Rank One” public mobile app.

Athletic Director Jason Leavitt said, “Rank One will streamline our Athletic Department and be very accommodating to our patrons. Our staff is very excited about the benefits it will provide.”
