Artists needed for new Arts District project

Ponca City Main Street is now accepting artist proposals for a small mural project in downtown Ponca City.
“This is the first of many projects that will be a part of the new Grand Arts District, which seeks to use local arts and cultural assets to promote economic development in our downtown district,” Executive Director Chelsea McConnell said.
