Thunderstorms are expected across much of the area this afternoon
through tonight. Severe thunderstorms are possible across the
eastern two-thirds of Oklahoma and adjacent parts of western
north Texas. Large hail, damaging wind gusts, and tornadoes are
possible.
.Fire Weather...
Gusty southwest winds, dry vegetation, and drier air will create
fire weather concerns across western Oklahoma and western north
Texas this afternoon.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...
.Thunderstorms...
Thunderstorm chances return Friday night through early next week,
with heavy rain the main concern. A few severe storms are
possible Sunday afternoon and evening. In addition, several
rounds of thunderstorms may result in flash flooding.

A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 4pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5pm. Some of the storms could be severe. Partly sunny, with a high near 80. Windy, with a south wind around 26 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Tonight
Showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 10pm. Some of the storms could be severe and produce heavy rainfall. Low around 45. South wind 13 to 20 mph becoming northwest in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Sunny, with a high near 65. North northwest wind 7 to 10 mph.
