Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Grand Opening of Ice on The Plaza Tonight in Ponca City

Ponca City will have the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in front of city hall at 6:30pm today.

After the ceremony residents can enjoy the grand opening of Ice on the Plaza, the newly installed ice skating rink at 7:00 pm.

Located at Veteran’s Plaza, 323 E Grand, in the heart of downtown Ponca City, Ice on the Plaza is brought to you by Ponca City Mainstreet and several volunteers and local sponsors including T-Mobile, Phillips66, City of Ponca City, Heather Cannon Honda, and the Renfro Family Foundation.

It will feature a synthetic ice skating rink and special nightly events and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
