Albright to celebrate United Methodist Women

Pat Hoerth will be the guest speaker at Albright United Methodist Church on Sunday, Sept. 8, when the church will  celebrat United Methodist Women’s Sunday.  The service begins at 10:45 a.m.
Her sermon title is “Touch the Earth Lightly.”
Hoerth, who co-founded Turtle Rock Farm near Billings, lives in and is engaged in the day-to-day work of the CommonWealth Urban Farms Community in the heart of Oklahoma City.  She is a trained spiritual director and continues to meet with individuals seeking spiritual direction.  She also writes and advocates for all life on earth.  Hoerth is a journalism graduate of Oklahoma State University and also has a Masters of Theological Studies and Masters of Divinity from Phillips Theological Seminary.
Albright has had an active United Methodist Women’s group for many years,  which supports many community and missional projects.
