Absentee ballot deadline approaching

The deadline for absentee ballot applications is Wednesday at 5 p.m.
These ballots are for the Feb. 11 election.
The Kay County Election Board said this ballot will have Newkirk, Shidler and Blackwell School districts and Ponca City Municipal elections on it.
Absentee ballot application forms are availabe at the County Election Board office or can be downloaded here .
