Woman charged with caretaker abuse

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt has charged a 27-year old Okmulgee woman with caretaker abuse.

Pruitt’s office announced the charge Wednesday against Whitney Brown, who worked at Okmulgee Terrace as a care aide for the developmentally disabled.

If convicted, Brown faces up to 10 years in prison.
