The Cordell Police Department has requested OSBI investigative and crime scene assistance involving a suspicious death.

Monday morning, Michael Beach’s body was found inside his home at 421 South Orient. A friend had not heard from the 59-year-old for several days and called police for a welfare check.

Agents are asking for the public’s help in locating the man’s missing 2002 white Chevrolet Tahoe. The Oklahoma license tag on the vehicle is 412 FPS.

Investigators are also searching for Kathryn Lynn Hicks, 44, who may have information on how Beach died.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of the missing Tahoe or Hicks or has communicated with Beach in the last several days, please contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
