Who can resist this handsome face?

This adorable and outgoing guy is John, found as a stray. His owner were never found.

John is great with other dogs, loves people, and is super outgoing, according to Ponca City Humane Society director Patricia Amador. He loves to be a couch potato BUT also has energy to run and play outside. He is super smart and is already housebroken.

"He will do best in a fence yard or trips to the dog park. He is only 2 years old so he has many years ahead of him," Amador said .

John is half Manchester Terrier. They are a lively, spirited dog breed, Amador said.

"Though his look suggest a miniature pinscher (Min Pin) this Manchester Terrier is his own canine breed," she said.. "A small dog with a strong bark, they have personality to burn: loyal, hearty, and a terrific watchdog who adores hanging out with his people. Among terriers, the Manchester is known to be one the more well-mannered and responsive breeds and today spends his time as a terrific companion who can hold up his end of the conversation."

John will make a wonderful addition to an active family that has time to spend with our little man. We promise he will steal your heart! Adoption fee is only $50 and includes all vetting.

Contact the Ponca City Humane Society at 580 767-8877 or visit http://www.pchumane.org for more information on John or any of the pets at the shelter.
