Man remains hospitalized after motorcycle accident

Octavio Farias Jr., 25, of Ponca City, was transported by ambulance to Ponca Alliance Medical Center and then flown by Eagle Med to St. John Hospital in Tulsa following a collision at Seventh Street and Highland Avenue about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Farias was riding a 2004 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Highland.

Patricia Hill, 56, of Ponca City, was driving east and as she was turning north onto Seventh Street, their vehicles collided.

Farias remains hospitalized with serious injuries. Hill was not injured.
