OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Attorneys for Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip say prosecutors are trying to intimidate witnesses who could raise questions about the credibility of the man who implicated Glossip in a 1997 killing.
They say defense witness Michael Scott was arrested for a parole violation so Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater could question him. Prater calls that a lie.
Scott says a convicted killer bragged that he framed Glossip.
